The Second Floor Bar - "Molecular Mixology"
Chefs Scott Gottlich and J Chastain unveil their molecular expertise they spent months perfecting to give all The Second Floor bar patrons an avant-garde treat. Every Friday night guests will be treated to a Molecular Mixology show at the bar as Executive Chef Chastain demonstrates his molecular-fused cocktails created with modern techniques normally reserved for the science laboratory. Guests experiencing these unique cocktails will be served two innovative, bite-sized hors-d'oeuvres specially selected by the chef to compliment the drink of choice. As an added bonus, patrons can also partake in The Second Floor's previously instated half-priced appetizer Fridays.
